Thanks to Jersey Arts Trust and IQ Apple Store, Club Kamikaze from Chris Bell will be back in April.

The event, at the Live Lounge on Saturday 10 April will see DJ Men in Masks, alter ego of funnyman Jeff Leach and Jersey born Wizard and the Frog play.

DJ Men in Masks is the alter-ego of presenter and comedian Jeff Leach, best known for BBC 1s The Surgery and presenting Big Brothers Big Mouth for E4.

Expect electro-indie mashups, grime, dubstep, breaks and more.

He’s played The Skins live tour, Glastonbury and Bestival.

It’s going to be a night for costume as he is famed for his Mexican wrestling masks and outrage shows.

Then we have the Wizard and the Frog - Jersey’s own Elvis J Healey was once a mainstay of the island sscene but now plying his trade in London.

He has toured around Europe with electro-metal act Robot Ninja Dinosaurs and is playing in the island for the first time in 2010.

There will be fancy dress and dancing.

Kamikazes own resident cabaret hip hop mask wearing superstar, Midnight Expresso will also be performing on the night along with The Mulberry’s - a summery, poppy indie outfit.

And not forgetting the Kamikaze DJs with rock n roll numbers , disco, hjouse and more throughout the night.

It will cost you £6 to get in and its on Saturday 10 April from 9pm - 2am at the Live Lounge in James Street.

More about Club Kamikaze can be found on Facebook.

Filmed by Jersey Live - it’s The Whip at the 2009 Festival.

I thought this one would be worth sharing as we head towards the announcements of the acts playing the festival in 2010.

Who was your highlight from 2009?
